Customizing Random Replacement Model and Flexible Warranty Model from the Perspective of Screening Reliability

In the present academic and engineering fields, every measure function of product reliability is modeled estimated from statistical perspective. These indicate that there universally exist differences in reliabilities new identical products survive burn-in test. On basis products, designing through-life maintenance models for managing different a very practical topic fields. this study, random warranty model are designed by screening to manage products. model, coverage areas set as applying flexibility them control costs with reliabilities, thus called flexible free repair (FRFRW) model. two replacement actions customized setting ranges controlling lengthening service life. This (CRR), which used after FRFRW expiration. characterized mathematical perspective, some derivatives both provided other problems. The characteristics performance CRR explored illustrated through numerical experiments. results show superior age replacement.
